Q. How do I find the CPD question sets?

A. They are available on the website on the page titled Question and Answer sets OR from Fax-on-demand at 082 239 2811 on the 4 digit code 7000. The current set of questions is always on this code.

Q. When will I be able to earn CPD points?

A. Once you have completed and submitted your registration form your points will be logged for you.

Q. Where do I send my test paper?

A. Fax it to 044 384 0128

Q. Is there any direct way in which I can answer the questions without sending in a form?

A. No. We are still experimenting with an automatic answering service.

Q. How many times may I do the test?

A. As often as you like until you pass it. - 70% IS REQUIRED. Once you have passed the test, you will be blocked from re-doing the test to earn an extra CPD point.

Q. How long will the question sets remain available on the website?

A. Three months. However the HPCSA now insists that you submit your answers monthly.

Q. Will my points be logged for me?

A. Yes. They will be logged electronically with the HPCSA.

Q. What will it cost?

A. There is no charge at present for viewing or logging CPD points, but if you require a certificate to substantiate a claim for portion of your DStv subscription as a cost of earning CPD points, there is an annual fee (CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS)
