Why Register?
We provide our CPD service FREE to all registered doctors who apply to us. However you could take advantage of an income tax break, which could mean the registered viewer is actually paid to register. We feel that this is unique and that perhaps there is such a thing as a free lunch after all! – this can only be done by registering with us
Only by registering with MMTV can the viewer:
· have his/her DStv decoder encoded to receive the broadcast as it is not available automatically to DStv subscribers
· earn his/her CPD points as he/she must have their HPCSA number encoded into the MMTV CPD system. Each one hour programme carries ONE CPD point
· show some evidence of viewing the programmes in order to claim the tax concession – by registering with us and answering some of the question sets.
From our point of view we need to prove our audience to our advertisers – this can only be achieved if we have your signed registration form on file.
It is our advertisers and sponsors who pay for the service
How to Register?
Go to the registration form page below, complete all the details asked for on the form. You can choose between either "online" option 1, or "Print & Fax" option 2 to print it out, sign it and fax it to the number shown on the form.
The form is available in two versions, choose the one which applies to you:
* For South African registered doctors
* For International doctors
TWO IMPORTANT POINTS
We ask for your cell phone number because we send you an SMS on the afternoon of the broadcast to remind you to watch that evening’s programme. This service is difficult to provide for viewers outside the borders of South Africa. If however you appoint a representative in your country, who will be prepared to SMS viewers in your country, then we will send him an e-mail or fax and he can relay it to others.
Please take your DStv smartcard number from the actual smartcard in the decoder itself and NOT from documents such as the monthly account. The card is what our studio computers read and one incorrect digit will be fatal from a reception point of view.
